A positive is a positive no matter how faint or dark the line is. That's why they usually tell you to wait a full week after your missed AF to test. So I wouldn't have even thought a level of 8 would necessarily show up at all on a FRER! The first day that I got a blood result of 8 it was a super faint line barely visible, then the day it was 15 the line was more obvious then the day it had gone back to 8 the line was this one in the picture. Hi OP, I got a super faint positive on a FRER that faded to nothing and with same urine got a good positive on a Boots early response. Two days later the line on another FRER was still pretty weak but Boots early response much stronger and a Clearblue digital said 1-2 weeks.

Both of them were blue dye tests and I know they can be notorious for evap lines so I requested a blood test on 4/4.
