I'm trying to figure out the age of this revolver, serial number is 1K15XXX. Best I can tell from Google this is circa 1970.most likely candidate is a 32 hand ejector from early 1900's. also a serial number should also be seen on the butt frame - most commonly on the bottom, but sometimes on the front side. This is a Pre-model 17 K-22 Masterpiece. For old S&W 22's listing it as a model K-22 is adequate for the model number. It should have "Made in USA" or a 4 line trade mark stamp like this one, stamped on the right side over the trigger guard.
