After checking to make I could place the stop down. I pulled up the stop blueprint up on the assembly table, after which I noticed the stops had been placed down. Now I am unable to place down the stops I built to complete the quest. Thank you for the update. One of the other builders may have built the remaining Dee Dee Stops.
